Consolidated Communications - Horrible service and internet
This company should be shut down. I have Comcast at my home,which is by far the best in customer service and Internet.
My daughter on the other hand is stuck with consolidated because it is the only cable company in her area. The Internet shuts down randomly. The tv freezes. The downloads are slow as molasses even though she's paying for the fastest speed.
Tech support is non helpful and give no pertinent helpful advice. She absolutely has no choice but to accept this horrific company if she wants Internet.
I plan on contacting the FCC to complain. Remember people, THE SQEAKY WHEEL GETS THE OIL.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
