Absolutely awful, do not use unless you absolutely have to. Completely useless customer service unless you have a rep in front of you. Do not get anywhere near advertised and paid for speed. Speeds are not consistent at all. Please DO NOT give these people your money....Read more
Consolidated Communications - WORST EVER!!!!
Dsl is in and out...more out than in. Tech is quick to respond but nobody knows how to cure any problems. They keep sending bucket truck and pole climber out to house but can verify over phone that line is good. Try ANYBODY before you sign contract with these people. Igive. Im closing account
Consolidated Communications - Misleading
They gave me a wrong monthly fee quote, smoothly locked me into a 2 year contract, im disconnecting now with a $6.25 fee x how many months left on the contract i didnt agree to? It your phone agents name & # if you ever have to dispute anything? Dont recommend this company?
Consolidated Communications - Consolidated is ridiculous, unreliable, slow af and outdated!
Their equipment sucks, their internet is slow, unreliable and wifi is practically non existent. Why do I have a phone? I said no phone! I haven't even gotten a bill yet. I'm forced into their crappy service because of the horrible apartment I moved into. Stay away from consolidated and stay away from Landmark apartments, in Conroe Tx.
