This company is So far behind the times. The customer service reps (4 just tonight) that I contacted about simply upgrading my cable package, were all nice and professional. However None of them knew what to do, and suggested I go on the site to see if I can find more info on how to upgrade. Yikes. You get what you pay for. Tried and true adage! Read more

I recently upgraded to 20Mbps ADSL2+ service with CCI. When I do speed tests with their inhouse speed test the maximum rate is 16+ Mbps and the lowest is about 13 Mbps. These speeds are similar to the OOKLA website speed test results. When I contacted CCI Tech support, I was told that they only guarantee 80% of the advertised speed. Over the past month or so. I have been experiencing countless internet drops. One moment everything is running smoothly. The next my ms will shoot up to the roof. I have called numerous times and they even sent out a tech to figure out what was going on. I was told that the modem and my router work fighting over connection. Every day I call, I am given another day further than the last one. Horrible service for the money I pay.It started with no phone , Then lost tv service. Then given 4 different service dates. Still no phone and no tv . Then if you finally get a person to talk to, they in turn give you more misinformation . Still no help. i have only had CCI for 2 months and my bill went up by $60 and was told that i had 2 promotions that expired and that i was verbally told of this, when i was not. i request cancellation of my cable, but to keep my internet only, and was told that i would then have to pay an early termination fee....wtf. i am now on the phone for over 15 minutes without a resolution and waiting to be told of some obnoxious amount i am going to be asked to pay to... This is the worst cable TV I've ever had. I don't live in the woods or nothing like that. Its the worst service ever. I'm not at a hotel I'm at home and I like to watch sports. When the TV freezes every second its hard to watch a ball game. We have had ongoing problems with CCI since we switched companies. We have had our televisions freeze, we constantly have no signal or internet service, and when the techs come out to"fix" the problem it usually creates more issues. Consolidated is so *** trash, do NOT buy from them all you will get is *** internet. Absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible cable service. The customer service people try, but they can't be reponsible for a product that does not work. The owners of the company need aware of whats going instead pilhering this horrible product and collect their paycheck.
