Consolidated is the worst provider. I have hundreds of video and screen shots of speed tests and internet errors spanning over 5 years. Nothing ever changes! There really needs to be a consumers bill of rights related to the internet that limits the amount of down time...Read more

Consolidated Communications - Utripn
Fortunately i found out whats going on with my bill. There IS an unauthorized(someone i did NOT knowingly nor willingly )add to my account( D&D Hardware). Are these guys friends with the technician that hooked up my service? How can he get away with passing out my personal infoemation like that? Isnt that criminal offense? I think im going to press charges today.

Dsl is in and out...more out than in. Tech is quick to respond but nobody knows how to cure any problems. They keep sending bucket truck and pole climber out to house but can verify over phone that line is good. Try ANYBODY before you sign contract with these people. Igive. Im closing account
Consolidated Communications - Misleading
They gave me a wrong monthly fee quote, smoothly locked me into a 2 year contract, im disconnecting now with a $6.25 fee x how many months left on the contract i didnt agree to? It your phone agents name & # if you ever have to dispute anything? Dont recommend this company?
