First started being without service the weekend of 9/1/18 and I was sick all weekend. Called and e-mailed two or three times between 9/7 and was assured someone would be in touch.
I was told it would be fixed on 9/17/18. I left my home phone number and work phone number with instruction that I worked 5 minutes away from my home and if someone called me I could meet them at the house. A service tech called 9/17 and left a message on my home answering machine that said no one was home so he left. He did not leave a phone number to contact.
Have to look up the number once again to call and complain.
Still do not have internet service. Expect a reduction of half in my bill.
