Billed again for directory service calls we did not make

Billing fraudulent charges for directory service calls we never made, this is beginning to be a common occurrence and needs to be investigated.

Long Wait Periods (LONG)!

Called a number advertised online as "customer service". Waited 52 minutes for a live person only to find out they don't cover our area.She sent me to another customer service number and I'm on a 40 minute wait for a live person. Ugh

Service is trash

I've had multiple family members that unfortunately chose to business with this garbage company, and were paying for 15 mbps service. My family regularly only got 300-800 kbps download speeds, and when it was actually faster, it only ever really got to 3-4 mbps. Both family members had called numerous times, technicians were sent out, and "fixes" were made, only to have the same problems just a few days later. One technician said that when consolidated bought out the previous company, they actually downsized the already too small infrastructure. This company is nothing but a greedy garbage company, that does nothing for the money they receive. Someone really ought to start a class action suit against them, and put them out of business.

Continued problems with reception requiring frequent rebooting of equipment.

This is the 6th time I've had problems with CCI not including the inability to sync my E-mail with Outlook. The webmail is terrible. For some reason the company seems to reduce the bandwidth to or from the modem. Rebooting helps occasionally. Often the system is not fully restored until the next day. Several times we were told we were not set up properly, a call was made and our reception was clear for a couple of months. It would seem as though the equipment reduces your reception to the lowest level a customer will put up with.

Provide continuous service and constant bandwidth / connection.

Very Bad Customer Service

Every time you call consolidate you have to wait more than 24 minutes, then when somebody answers and they put you again on hold then suddenly cut you off. I just want to ask them why I got a bill from them when I disconnect my service and paid all my bills a month ago.

Can not get service

I started in March trying to get internet in my home 684 longwood ct Eastpoint Fl 32328 to find out in May no one started an install ticket. I have called numerous times to find the status of my install ticket to be told its being worked on. No one can tell me why its taking so long to get service. Customer service wont forward call to supervisors or take my Info to have someone call me back all they want to do is send emails. Well no one is reading them because I get get service. . Mean while Im out of states a relatives working when I need to be at MY HOME working.

User's recommendation: Don’t use this service. I don’t have s choice this is the only one that services my area.

THEY CANT FIX PROBLEMS!!!!

I have a business. Consolidated repair has been here 5 times since end of April, same problems exists. Each repair man blames the one before him. I have had enough!!!!!!! Still being charged a very high bill!!

No phone numbers work

i have had service with them for ten years and for all the ups and downs it has worked . the last 30-45 days service sucks. if lucky a total of 14 hours where internet work, otherwise nothing. called tech support every day complaining and they sent repair man. ist man was not able to do any thing. 2nd week repair man got it working for the rest of day, next morning turn on nothing again. takes another week for repair man and not able to fix. i called custermer service every day letting them know that i had no service. and that tech support could not fix the issues of packet loss,noise,buffering,throttling. talked with other IT techs that i know that also have consolidated and they have same issues. C C has given me a credit but i need service and they the only provider in the area with hard wire. thanks for the monopoly. now you cant even get a phone number to work, no answer at any level of support

Expensive low speed intenet

Very expensive for max internet speed of as high as 7Mbps Download 1 upload but most of the time 5 or 6 download and 0.85 upload for $68.62. Internet always locking up or going down. Streaming services always buffering, We are stuck with them, the only service in our area beside satellite which is even worse.

Company promises "High Speed" interenet. Does not deliver

I was told I could get their 7mps internet. All of my neighbors have it. We live in a rural community. After 2 weeks of empty promises, contradictory comments between the service center, customer service, and the service tech, I was told that i am not eligible because they need to update their infrastructure which they have no plans to do so. In the meantime, I am stuck with a service a step up from dial-up (3mps DSL) and the company continues to advertise this as an option.

Need a new remote

Hello. I have called 5 times, been on hold for at least 15 minutes before I hung up. Called Corporate, got the same number to call. Sent 3 emails and chatted on Twitter. I NEED A NEW REMOTE!!!! Why is it so hard to get a new remote. I used to just go into my Roseville store, and get one. But you closed that. You need to have a dedicated number or email just for remotes. The person I chatted with on Twitter, said I needed to call. I gave her all my info. I just need a remote, not the password to the bomb!!! This is just moronic. What if I actually needed help with my service. I don't have time all day to spend on hold for this stupid stuff. Sheeshl. My Acct. # 916-560-****.
