Consolidated Communications - 120 canceling fee

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS WITH THIS COMPANY FOR 7 YEARS AND HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS! THEY WERE OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEMS WITH MY SERVICE AND I WAS TOLD THAT HAVING TWO APPLE PHONES ON THE SERVICE WAS BOGGING IT DOWN! THE EQUIPMENT THEY GIVE YOU IS JUNK! WHEN I FINALLY SWITCHED MY SERVICE AFTER 7 YEARS WITH THEM THEY ARE CHARGING ME A $120 CANCELLATION FEE! I HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING MY BILL FOR WHAT I USED BUT HOW CAN YOU CHARGE ME A FEE WHEN YOU COULDENT PROVIDE ME THE SERVICE I WAS PAYING FOR? IF YOU WANT INTERNET THAT IS SLOW AND MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE ITS 1998 AGAIN THEN THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU! IF YOU WANT INTERNET THAT WORKS JUST GO TO XFINITY!

Consolidated Communications - Paid bill complete - still getting bills

I have never worked with a more unpleasant company that overcharges for their services. I cancelled my three lines with them, they claim I cancelled only 2 and still owe for the other. Completely inflexible and terrible to deal with.

Consolidated Communications - Complete *** show

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had in my life. They truly do not give a *** about you because they are the only ones around. You want wifi you have to use them. I am strongly considering moving just so they do not get a nickle of my money. They should be ashamed of how they treat people.
