Consolidated Communications - This company cares nothing about the customermer

After a lengthy phone wait, I was told a technician could not repair our internet for two weeks!! Advised that I could not speak to a supervisor because they were very busy! Demonstrated no concern for my problem. Clearly, they need more technicians and/or need to pay over time. FairPoint did a better job. Waiting to see if they, in fact, come through for me on Sept 19. . .
