Consolidated Communications - Horrible Company - Run!!!
Took me 4 phone calls and probably 2 hours of my life because they can't even recognize bill pay payments. Long hold times up to an hour, transfer you to different depts, then get cut off and have to start all over again.
Get to "Financial Services Dept." and they say they have no record of my March payment or my April Payment (Payments made through Bank of America Bill Pay which I use for ALL my bills with barely ever an issue. Sad part is that their own automated billing message and my April statement shows the March payment but they can't see it on their system!!!
Finally find March payment, but still can't find April statement so now I have to put request into BOA to prove they paid it. They bought Fairpoint which I never had any issues with and now I will do anything I can to never ever have to deal with Consolidated Comm again!!!!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Consolidated Communications Cons: Phone maze, Poor customer service, Terrible service customer service is getting worse, Terrible product.
