For the last three weeks we have had no or very limited internet service. Each time I call I am told the there is a cable down and they are working on it.

Really?? For the last three weeks and no one can figure this out? I am switching and would never recommend a company that can't keep their internet up and running in this day and age! How in the world can this company keep customers with poor service like this.

The phone monkeys that answer the calls just continue to read the script to the customer-they have no clue as to what is going on and tech support is unable to answer when this problem will be resolved. Even a supervisor has no clue!
