Consolidated Communications - Terrible company

I had to pay over 600.00 to run a wire from one pole to a new pole. I have internet and a landline. I tried to cancel the landline because I never use it. I was told it would violate my one year contract wit the company and I could face thousands of dollars in penalties. I

I had Consolidated internet service. It was interrupted 80 times a day. Some technicians came but were not able to fix, then they stopped coming. Price is not low. Around $30 a month for upto 6Mbps with a 12 month contract, early termination fee is $150 no matter what...

Consolidated Communications - It sucks

I don't need to explain everything, because everyone knows it sucks. When you use Internet provided by Consolidated Communications, your average ping is always higher than 150 ms. Actually it does not matter if you just use Youtube or Google. However, if you want to play games, don't use this *** It will be the worst and stupid choice in your life.

Consolidated Communications - Paid bill complete - still getting bills

I have never worked with a more unpleasant company that overcharges for their services. I cancelled my three lines with them, they claim I cancelled only 2 and still owe for the other. Completely inflexible and terrible to deal with.

Called Consolidated Communications this morning 12/6/18 @ 5:00 AM upon noticing my land line was out of service. Some woman in NH answered the call and sounded like she was stoned. She said a technician wouldn't be available to check it out for over a week (12/14)....

After calling to explain that a 98 year old woman with a Pace maker had no phone service I was told it would be a week. To get someone out there. Only to have them call and cancel.... Unforseen circumstances ...fuck you. Consolidated

Consolidated Communications - Liars

We ordered an upgrade in internet speed. First scheduled date, they cancelled the day before. Rescheduled the following week. Keep in mind, the window is 9 outrageous hours. We waited and called Consolidated several times. Tech never showed. Here’s the lie: tech said he called. Lie lie lie. We cancelled the upgrade. Horrible customer service.

Consolidated Communications - 12th day of staying home with daily calls that they would come the next day.

Nov 24, first day consolidated was supposed to come to our home. Late every afternoon, get phone call saying they couldn’t come but would come tomorrow. I talk to supervisors 3 times a day. Today is dec 5, still no consolidated so no WiFi, fire tv or air printer. The absolute worse customer service I’ve ever experienced.
