Problems with payments
The reply to my complaint is always Call the company. As my complaint states I've call several time and they don't resolve my problem.
When I think I'm texting them directly I end up going to Pissed Consumer which says they will send it to the company.
I never hear form the company just from Pissed Consumer telling me to call or update my compliant as I'm doing now. I believe Pissed Consumer is where the company sends your compliant to circle the bowl.
Non existent service
User's recommendation: Do not do business with Consolidated.
Billed again for directory service calls we did not make

Long Wait Periods (LONG)!
Service is trash

Continued problems with reception requiring frequent rebooting of equipment.
