We have been calling Consolidated for two years now with constant internet service problems. They submit tickets, and send out technicians, and sometimes the service is fixed temporarily, and then we are back to terrible service - static on the phone lines, and constant interruptions.
The technicians now don't even return calls or do site visits. The tickets are being submitted, but there is obviously no oversight or accountability or follow up on the tickets by this company. And it is IMPOSSIBLE to get customer service on the phone. It is infuriating, especially because the monthly cost is SO HIGH.
Super slow to non-existent internet service - from POINT 5 megabytes download speed to completely down, with constant interruptions. Constant internet service interruptions.
The lawyers and tech professionals on our street cannot even work from home because the internet service is constantly going down, which means all manner of inconvenience for us - from the inability to use Wi-Fi for professional work on phones to the actual loss of wages - and all due to lack of internet service and constant interruptions of internet service.
This company should be embarrassed to call themselves a communications company. And they should be sued via class action suit due to the number of professionals who cannot work from home due to their horribly substandard internet service.
