Called to get service on a Thursday, they needed a few days to get my phone number ported over from Comcast. Hadn't heard from them in over a week, called in to find out what was going on and was informed I had an install appointment for that Monday.

Got a call on Saturday from an installer on his way to the house, told him I had a Monday appointment. Called Monday first thing to verify the install and was told everything was good. 2:30 no tech yet called the office, on hold for 36 mins and when finally answered was told I should have received an automated call telling me the install was rescheduled to Tuesday.

Sorry Consolidated, I took the day off for an 8-5 appt. Comcast is bad but these guys are a complete and utter JOKE!!!
